Roscoe Village Animal Hospital is an established, modern AAHA accredited Veterinary hospital designed by an award winning Veterinary Architect. It has been thoughtfully designed to ensure the utmost comfort and safety for our clients and patients. The design includes an ultra-advanced ventilation system that contains ultraviolet lights that destroy all bacteria, viral, and fungal elements throughout the hospital to reduce airborne diseases. This is just one of the many specialized mechanical features of our hospital.

Roscoe Village Animal Hospital is comprised of a modern hospital, advanced dental and surgical suite, radiology department, intensive care ward, chemotherapy ward, and a full on-site laboratory and pharmacy department. The doctors of Roscoe Village Animal Hospital look forward to continuing their dedicated commitment to providing the very best veterinary care for patients.

We are happy to announce that Roscoe Village Animal Hospital has received our renewed American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accreditation on May 6, 2010 certifying our hospital as meeting AAHA's stringent standards of veterinary excellence. Our accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association means that we’ve undergone a rigorous evaluation process to ensure that we comply with strict standards in patient care, pain management, surgery and many other areas. Think of it as a guarantee that your pet is receiving the highest quality care available.

SEPTEMBER IS SENIOR WELLNESS MONTH

Did you know? Dogs and cats age up to seven years faster than humans. Dogs and cats are considered "seniors" when they are 7 years old. Starting at age 7, Roscoe Village Animal Hospital recommends a comprehensive senior exam every 6 months with bloodwork done annually. Our veterinarians recognize the importance of preventative care, especially with our senior pets. The purposes of screening our healthy senior pets are to establish a baseline assessment for future comparison and to detect subtle abnormalities at a time when preventative and therapeutic intervention are most beneficial.
